We Love Wine Festival

Capegate love wine so much, they’ve dedicated a whole festival to it!

One of the greatest things about living in Cape Town is how amazingly close some of the best wine producers in the world are to us. Capegate Shopping Centre is celebrating this fact with their We Love Wine Festival, taking place from Friday, 25 to Saturday, 26 August 2017.

Capegate Shopping Centre will come alive with wine producers and representatives from across the province lining up to stimulate your senses and please your palate. The offering will range from new harvest wines to well-aged vintages and everything in between! Some 25 exhibitors will be putting their best foot forward and presenting only their very best vinos. In total, there will be more than 100 wines to taste at the We Love Wine Festival – a mammoth, but exciting, task for any wine lover.

To take your wine experience to the next level, the organisers have arranged a variety of wine pairing sessions for free. You’ll be able to try a variety of wines from various vineyards, and enjoy them with a selection of other flavours. These tastings are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so hurry because here is what you can look forward to following:

Tickets for the We Love Wine Festival at CapeGate Shopping Centre are available online via Computicket.com for R75/p, or for  R90/p at the door. The festival opens at 5pm on Friday and closes at 9pm, and on Saturday, the festival opens at 1pm and closes at 6pm.
