It might rain. And then again, it might not. From tonights forecast to the coming weekend.
Years ago the legendary (now late) Argus' weatherman Pete ended his extensive weather forecast for Cape Town and Western Cape with "So there you have it: It might rain, but then again it might not."
Nothing describes the Cape Town weather better than that, although some of you might remember Wavescape founder 'Spike''s hilarious-meets-spectacular-and-often-right surf & weather report updates.
Not now. But now now. And different. Back to where we started: We'll be giving weather soon.
We’re excited. And we’re sharing it with you. If you’re looking for a cooling breeze or perfect summer weather for a sun tan, CapeTownMagazine.com is the place to be for Cape Town's weather forecast over the coming months.
And nowadays we're also in love with rain: www.capetownmagazine.com/water
Cape Town’s Weather forecast: Morning, Afternoon and Night. Or not. Have you ever been sat at work and thought whistfully, 'I hope the weather will be good for surfing this afternoon,' or, 'I hope it clears up in Camps Bay, so I can go out for dinner on the stretch'? Never fear – our new weather forecast is here to help. Our overview will give you temperatures, wind and predicted rainfall, not only for tomorrow, but for the morning after, the afternoon and the evening – something we're proud to provide.
3 day and 7 day Weather Forecast for Cape Town and other cities in the Western Cape: We provide our own alternative perceptioned precise, 7-day weather forecast for the coming week that will be sure to help you plan your time in Cape Town. Our 3-day weather forecast will be up-to-date and ever changing, and will also offer; minimum and maximum temperatures, projected rainfall [if any], wind and wind direction.
Weekend Weather Forecast in a Weekly Newsletter? We plan to develop a daily and weekly news letter, which will feature a weather forecast. You will have a detailed 3-day forecast that is crucial for planning the perfect weekend getaway. The news letter will also feature an overview of events, with helpful tips for things to do, come rain or shine.
Our wind forecast will provide information on wind direction and strength - particularly useful for surfers and kite surfers to look out for that all important 'Cape Doctor'.
The daily newsletter will be ideal for people in the hospitality industry, as it will feature a morning, afternoon and evening forecast of the weather, as well as events taking place that day. Stay tuned for more information on these newsletters!
Weather forecast for Cape Town and Western Cape: Early in the week you’re tempted to go for that weekend getaway: you might picture sundowners on the beach or sitting inside next to a fireplace, listening to the Suid-Ooster howl. Where? Hermanus? Stellenbosch? Pater Noster? Or Knysna?
We might (or not) initially roll out the weather charts for 5 cities in the Western Cape. We all know that the best weather forecaster is yourself: on the day, at the place and where you want to go.
What cities do you want to see in the weather forecast on CapeTownMagazine.com? Would you like a daily, weekend, weekly or monthly newsletter? Let us know via Facebook or Twitter!
