Fine dining revolving restaurant in Cape Town
Our beloved South African Chef Bertus Basson has wowed us yet again. The highly acclaimed chef is best known for his exquisite style and technique through his phenomenally successful venture, Overture Restaurant. The divine establishment is set in the beautiful Winelands and has won numerous awards over the years adding to its success.
Basson has made a commitment to great food, using only locally produced, fresh ingredients in every dish. Patrons dining at his restaurants are guaranteed an exceptional meal and a more than pleasant experience.
His latest venture at The Ritz in Sea Point, is an 80-seater fine dining revolving restaurant with two levels beneath it. The establishment houses a champagne bar and a cognac lounge, showcasing the breathtaking views of the peninsula.
With Chef Basson’s meticulous attention to detail you are guaranteed to feast your eyes on carefully crafted plates of the most exquisite dishes and delight your palate with every bite.
We love anything that Bertus Basson is affiliated to!
Tip: Book in advance as you can expect Bertus Basson’s creations to be in high demand.
Note: Uber to the restaurant to indulge in a glass of champagne in the champagne bar or a cheeky cognac in the cognac lounge.
