New 15 On Orange Hotel Opening in Cape Town South Africa
Directors confident that 15 on Orange accommodation development is progressing according to schedule
Cape Town's inner city will see the opening of a new 5-star hotel, 15 on Orange Hotel, in November 2009. It is the vision of developer Chaim Cohen of Quantum Property Group, in partnership with African Pride Hotels, the deluxe division of Protea Hotels, one of Africa's largest and leading hospitality groups.
The 15 on Orange development, adjacent to the Company Gardens, is a combination of hotel suites and luxury apartments built into the existing façade of the previous Huguenot Chambers building.
Completion of the 15 on Orange luxury accommodation development in Cape Town is scheduled for November 2009.
15 on Orange will include a 130-suite 5-star hotel – one of the most anticipated new hotels in Cape Town – as well as 12 luxury penthouse apartments (already all sold out), boutique shopping, a spa and a 4-storey parking garage.
This new luxury 5-star hotel in Cape Town aims to set a new standard at the top end of the luxury 5-star market as the most extraordinary and quintessential designer hotel both in Cape Town and worldwide. Public areas include the seven-storey atrium, Judges Lounge, Savour Restaurant and Murano Bar, which has 20 000 imported Murano crystal links along the rim of the bar.
Guests can use facilities such as luxury spa treatment rooms or the rooftop poolside.
The hotel is expected to be amongst the best in the world with top class interiors and exteriors that focus on fusing cosmopolitan comfort and natural splendour.
As the expected opening date is in November 2009, this leaves plenty of time for investors to benefit from the many tourists looking for hotels in Cape Town for the 2010 World Cup.
Molo says: “The location can make for an excellent inner city sanctuary, and it will be interesting to see what will set 15 on Orange apart from the other new recently opened luxury hotels in Cape Town , such as the Cape Royale, and others under construction such as Oscar Pearse and the Taj Palace Hotel.
