Launched in Cape Town, now off to Paris, before returning to SA late 2025
Last updated: Thursday, 17 April 2025
Brunch, massages, makeovers, flutes of Brutal Fruit Spritzer, and music performances. All set in luxe venues adorned with pink decor and gold glitter. This is what thousands of women across South Africa have come to expect from Brutal Fruit’s Spritzer Saturdays, the ultimate way to spend a day with your girls.
Now the event series has elevated and gone global, with the launch of The Pink Table, which will travel to Paris Fashion Week 2025.

Spritzer Saturday Brunches have become one of Cape Town’s hottest event series since the first one in 2018. Hosted at luxurious venues like Grand Africa and Amber on Bree, the events are a space for women to connect and celebrate their womanhood. The last one sold out in just 14 minutes.
Now the series has evolved into a global movement with The Pink Table. The first international event will take place at Paris Fashion Week 2025, where Brutal Fruit Spritzer will invite fans to create lasting memories in a city most can only dream of visiting.
From the UK to China and Brazil, Brutal Fruit Spritzer has fans from around the world. In 2024 they became the first South African Breweries brand to go global.

Brutal Fruit Spritzer launched The Pink Table against the luscious backdrop of Cavalli Wine Estate in Cape Town. The day’s eyecatching centre pieces, of course, were three giant pink tables.
As classy as a Brutal Fruit Spritzer, media personality Bonang Matheba hosted an afternoon of performances from DJ Kent, Ami Faku, and venerated storyteller Gcina Mhlophe.
Stephanie Levendal, CapeTownMagazine.com’s Partner Impact Programme Ambassador, attended the launch.
“Each table had cards with questions like ‘when have you felt the most seen?’ and ‘what do your friends love about you the most?’ I felt very connected to the women around me, and very celebrated. We arrived in a limo and there was a MAC Cosmetics station with makeup artists.”

Plenty of content creators attended too. “You just had to be there. The Pink Table isn’t just a seat at the table, it’s a movement of empowerment, sisterhood, and success. The launch was a dream and I felt very honored to be a part of it,” says creator @fynnba_ on Instagram.
Part of The Pink Table’s draw is the opportunities it presents to connect and network with powerful women from across the globe (there were creators from Ghana, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique and more in attendance).
“The event was nothing short of amazing. I got the opportunity to network and form meaningful connections with other creators across Africa,” says Instagram creator @kasazilungu.

The Pink Table movement will include customised experiences, limited-edition products, and digital platforms that enable women to create their own Pink Table (even at home).
The event series will return to Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban in late 2025.
