Board in hand, you look down. No snow, no water, just miles and miles of soft white sand. Sandboarding is a different experience.
Gary's Surf School offers sandboarding in Cape Town
on the Cape Peninsula. Using specially designed sand boards to enable thrill seekers to grasp the exhilarating feeling of flying down the dunes in record time.Discover the heights and the 'another one bites the dust' fun of downhill sandboarding. This activity is great outdoor fun on the Cape Peninsula.
If you love sand boarding or wake boarding you have to try this sport which is bound to give you a different kind of thrill. This sandy experience will set you back R300 per person, or R200 per person if you go in a group larger than 10 people. It is advisable to draw some cash before hand as they only accept cards and luckily for our travelling friends, they accept USD, GBP and the EURO.
Booking is essential. Take some drinks, sunblock, and a hat - you'll need it.
Departure from Gary's Surf school in Muizenberg. If it's a group booking, transport can be arranged to pick you up from wherever you are.
