Inventive small plates best explored with a wine pairing
As part of a WWE Live World Tour, your favourite superstars from WWE SmackDown are making their return to South Africa this July with five action-packed live events scheduled for Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. The rumble kicks off in the Mother City, and the shows promise to wow audiences at the GrandWest Grand Arena on Tuesday, 30 and Wednesday, 31 July 2013.
Check out the masters of mayhem as they clothes-line, choke-hold and leg-lock in the wrestling ring. Back in the Mzansi for the first time since 2011 the WWE SmackDown muscle men and women are sure to bring their signature moves, incredibly chiseled bodies, big egos, shiny (and often, tiny) pants and legendary rivalries to the floor, giving local audiences an up-close and personal look at the “real” deal.
Fervent fans will delight in seeing the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in WWE history, Randy "The Viper" Orton, ‘RKO’ one of his worthy opponents. Additionally, the 2012 WCW World Heavyweight Champion and the man billed as the “World’s Largest Athlete”, Big Show, who weighs in at 200-kg and stands 2.13-m tall, and the the towering Great Khali, who stands 2.16-m tall and weighs 156-kg, are also scheduled to flex their bulging biceps at this rocking slamboree.
Not to mention, the Mother City’s very own Justin Gabriel, who went from a developmental contract to being WWE’s Breakout Superstar and a WWE Tag Team Champion, will likely showcase his signature 450 Splash to wrestlemania addicts.
